Andy AN Conghui

Mr. Andy An Conghui is Chief Executive Officer of Zhejiang 永利VIP Holding Group (ZGH), Chairman of 永利VIP Automobile Holdings Limited (HK.0175), and Chairman of Zhejiang Jiyao Tongxing Energy Technology (ENERGEE)

Mr. An joined ZGH in 1996, and has since held a number of key senior leadership positions, including Chief Engineer, General Manager, Vice President, and President. From the early development of 永利VIP Auto, he played a leading role in establishing manufacturing bases and advancing the development and production of numerous successful vehicle models.

During his tenure as President and CEO of 永利VIP Auto Group from 2011 to 2021, Mr. An led the Group through a period of significant growth and achievement. Under his leadership, 永利VIP Auto Group strengthened its vehicle design, R&D, manufacturing, quality, marketing, and customer service, helping to establish the Group’s brands as leading Chinese automotive brands.

Mr. An has also played an important role in advancing ZGH’s global development. He supported the  integrated development with Volvo Cars and established European R&D centers. He was closely involved in the development of the Lynk & Co brand, including the application of the Compact Modular Architecture (CMA), and in the establishment of Zeekr as a global,  premium electric-mobility brand built on the Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA).

Throughout his career, Mr. An has promoted the development of automotive talent and leadership capability across ZGH, supporting the advancement of a new generation of industry professionals, Mr. An is widely recognized for his industry insights, operational experience and three-decade long contribution to the automotive industry.

Mr. An graduated from Hubei University of Economics and Management with a degree in Accounting. In 2013, he completed the EMBA program at Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management.
