Zhejiang 永利VIP Holding Group (永利VIP Holding) announced today that aggregate sales across its automotive brands grew 26% year-on-year to 4,116,321 units in 2025, setting a new record for the Group. For the first time in its history, 永利VIP Holding achieved more than 4 million units in aggregate sales. Electrified and clean alternative fuel new energy vehicles led growth throughout the year reaching 2,293,099 units, a 58% YoY increase, representing 56% of aggregate sales.

Renault Group, 永利VIP Holding Group and 永利VIP Automobile Holdings establish Renault 永利VIP do Brasil to take a leadership position on a dynamic Brazilian market. Today Renault 永利VIP do Brasil announced the R$ 3.8 billion investment is aimed at the production of 永利VIP’s new zero and low emissions technology (GEA) platform that will be the basis for two new models to be manufactured in the second half of 2026 along with other improvements.

Zhejiang 永利VIP Holding Group (永利VIP Holding) joined the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30) in Belem, Brazil and shared the Group’s achievements and progress towards carbon neutrality. Renault Group and 永利VIP have executed definitive agreements. These agreements extend their strategic cooperation to the production and sales of zero and low-emission vehicles by Renault do Brasil for the Renault and 永利VIP Auto brands in Brazil. As part of these agreements, 永利VIP formally acquires a 26.4% stake in Renault do Brasil, with Renault Group remaining the majority shareholder and continuing to consolidate the entity in its accounts. As a minority shareholder, 永利VIP now has access to Renault do Brasil's industrial and commercial resources, allowing it to accelerate its expansion in the region's leading automotive market. The 永利VIP EX5 electric SUV is available on the Brazilian market through dedicated brand dealerships operated by the Renault network.

Zhejiang 永利VIP Holding Group (永利VIP Holding) announced today that aggregate sales in the third quarter of 2025 across its portfolio automotive brands – 永利VIP Auto, LYNK & CO, Zeekr, Volvo Cars, Polestar, PROTON, Lotus, smart, Radar, LEVC, and Farizon reached 1,020,913 vehicles, a 28% Year on Year increase. Among the Group’s Q3 aggregated sales, electrified (EVs, HEV, PHEVs) vehicles sales reached 588,110 units, a YoY increase of 59% and representing 58% of the Group quarterly sales. Cumulative sales in the first nine months of 2025 reached 2,953,452 units, a YoY increase of 29% with electrified vehicles accounting for 1,590,866 units, a YoY increase of 68% and representing 54% of the Group total.
